Czech Property Market
Czech Property Market (www.eCPM.cz), a real-estate website, is the only place on the Internet where businesspeople interested in property investment can find a unique, structured database of current investment opportunities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, profiles of companies active in development, investment, construction and services for investors, information on current real-estate sector trends including price maps of plots in Czech cities and towns.
More value is added through a regular monthly newsletter sent by CPM to the ca 1,500 registered B2B subjects in the field. Czech Property Market is a partner not only for professional international conferences and trade fairs, but also chambers, associations or partnerships active mainly in construction and architecture. Since 2010, the portal has been collaborating with VSB-TU in Ostrava on the Brownfield Revitalization project.
The portal is run by AVÍZO, a.s., a member of Regional Chamber of Commerce, IT cluster and the Union for the Development of the Moravian-Silesian Region.

The Construction Forum (Stavební fórum)
The Construction Forum is a communication platform that was founded and has been active within MSG Holding. It has been active mostly in two areas. The first one is the Internet magazine Construction Forum (www.stavebni-forum.cz), which provides new information and materials about the world developments, architecture, construction, and design daily. The second, also very important activity by the Construction Forum is the organising of professional conferences and seminaries, focus of which corresponds with the magazine contents. The Construction Forum organises about fifty such events every year.
