A lively, modern multi-purpose centre has been gradually emerging in the Nová Karolina area since 2008, which includes the construction of a large entertainment and business centre with 240 business units, apartment buildings, the Nová Karolina Park administrative complex, the main boulevard with a square and the renovation of historical buildings.
The Nová Karolina residential complex offers housing in the vicinity of the city centre with easy access to cultural, administrative, shopping and leisure facilities.
Construction of Nová Karolina Residence's Stage 2 started in February 2017 by an apartment building located at Bishop Bruno Square (building F). This building is now undergoing final works before its final inspection in September. There are last few available apartments left for sale.
The Bishop Bruno building is exceptional due to its location by the central square, overlooking the Beskydy Mountains and the industrial complex of Dolní Vítkovice. It consists of 65 residential units located on 2nd to 9th floors and two commercial units.
Another building currently under construction is the apartment building E on the Na Prádle Street. Construction commenced in January 2018 and completion is expected in the summer of 2019. The building will house 39 units, with sizes varying from studio to 3-bedroom apartments.
