Klarić holds a number of prestigious Croatian and international photography awards. His photographs capture the compelling atmosphere of Split – a city known as “the pearl of the Adriatic”, with a history dating back to Roman times. The photographs in the New City Hall foyer are accompanied by explanatory texts, and they depict not only historical architecture and natural beauty, but also scenes from the everyday lives of local people. Combining colour and black-and-white photographs, the exhibition bears evocative witness to how the face of Split has changed and evolved over the years.

The exhibition at the New City Hall lasts until the end of February.
