Chassix Inc. company has just announced that the Ostrava, Czech Republic team successfully produced their very first set of trial castings on the 22nd, August 2018. The team worked very hard and the headquarters is very proud of them.

The American company Chassix announced its intention to manufacture passenger-car chassis and driveline components in Ostrava in April last year. It is set to create up to 400 jobs in Ostrava at its new plant producing components for car wheels. The new facility is located at the Ostrava Business Park in Kunčičky. The total value of the investment is 50 million USD (almost 1.3 billion CZK). After France and Spain, the Ostrava facility is the company's third factory and first foundry in Europe.
