Historical rides
Trams first went into operation in Ostrava in 1894. Over the course of the 20th century, tram technology continually modernised, from the original steam-locomotive-pulled trams to today's electric trams. The first half of the 20th century saw a variety of trams develop that have now become nostalgic pieces. Some of them, including the well-known Barborka tram can even be ordered for special occasions.
